Automatic smart LED street light

It is easy to design automatic smart LED street light by two processes:-
Model 1:
Automatic smart LED street light by using IC 555 timer

Model 2:
Automatic smart LED street lights by using A222 transistors.

In both the models we have to use LDR (light dependent resistor) sensors but model 2 is more advantages than model 1. In model 1 it is difficult to glow more than one LED light whereas in model 2 to it is very easy to glow more than one LED light.

Components of model 1:

  • IC 555 timer
  • LDR sensor
  • Two 10k resistors
  • LED lights
  • 5 volt battery
  • Connecting wires
  • Breadboard
  • If we use 9 volt battery instead of 5 volt battery then we should use two 47k resistors instead of two 10k resistors.

Components of model 2:

  • Two A2222 transistors
  • Two 1K resistors
  • Breadboard
  • Connecting wires
  • 5 or 6 LED lights
  • 9 volt battery
  • LDR sensors

Inspiration

Whenever I walk on the streets during the daytime, I noticed that some of the street lights are switched on during the daytime. It wastes alot of electricity or electrical energy. After seeing this incident many times I thought about making automatic smart LED street light model which consumes very less electricity or electrical energy. Thank you and have a nice day/night.
